Origins

For those who know me (Andrew), I am a huge proponent of financial accountability. In typical start-ups or businesses that accountability is legal, government and accounting. In Web3 degen (meaning no offense) it's completely missing, which is why there are so many rug-pulls or slow rug-pulls.

We are going to be ultra-transparent about everything financial (at this stage), and I hope more projects do the same. This does come at a cost. Building the game was self funded for a total of $550k from the founding team. $110k remains in the treasury. Temporary CEO is Andrew Ringlein (looking for a highly experienced game company CEO). Only the Marketing / Community team will be Doxxed, the Game team will remain anonymous based on security concerns for the game. Game development of the RR Framework was begun early in the year. About 15 Full time developers have worked on the framework. 2 Principle blockchain developers. Additional developers are working on The Verse and Mad War.

Creative team has varied, and is currently at 10, 5 Artists and 5 Story. This is the team that will see the most growth.

Including all full time roles, the team is currently at 35.

Marketing team is Andrew and Gus, with Kevin as community staff manager.
